选奇滴丸在小鼠高台十字迷宫实验中的抗焦虑作用

摘　　要：目的运用行为药理学手段观察研究选奇滴丸对小鼠的抗焦虑作用。方法将实验小鼠分为5组,分别为模型对照组,阳性对照组(地西泮0.003 g·kg-1),选奇滴丸高、中、低(5.2、2.6、1.3 g·kg-1)3个剂量组(n=10),连续给药5 d,末次给药后0.5 h进行高台十字迷宫实验,评价选奇滴丸的抗焦虑作用。结果与模型对照组相比,选奇滴丸各剂量组小鼠的开臂进入次数比例和开臂进入时间比例均有提高。当选奇滴丸的给药剂量为5.2 g·kg-1时小鼠在高台十字迷宫中的开臂进入次数和开臂进入时间与地西泮0.003 g·kg-1时的作用相当。结论选奇滴丸对实验小鼠具有显著的抗焦虑作用。Objective To study the anxiolytic effect of Xuanqi drop pills on mice pharmacologically.Methods Kunming male mice were randomly divided into 5 groups（n = 10）;model control group,positive control group of diazepam,high dose group,middle dose group and low dose group of Xuanqi drop pills（5.2,2.6,1.3 g·kg-1）,continuous intragastric administration for five days.Thirty minutes after the last intragastric administration,the elevated plus-maze test was used to observe the anti-anxiety effect of Xuanqi drop pills.Results Compared with model control group,the percentage of time spent and number of entries in the open arms were significantly increased by Xuanqi drop pills.Xuanqi drop pills at the dose of 5.2 g·kg-1had the same effect as diazepam that at the dose of0.003 g·kg-1.Conclusion Xuanqi drop pills have obvious anti-anxiety activity.
