香卿止痛喷雾剂皮肤给药安全性研究

摘　　要：目的研究香卿止痛喷雾剂的皮肤给药安全性。方法通过对健康大鼠皮肤急性毒性实验、健康豚鼠皮肤刺激性实验及皮肤过敏性实验,观察香卿止痛喷雾剂经皮肤给药的急性毒性、刺激性和过敏性。结果香卿止痛喷雾剂对大鼠完整皮肤和破损皮肤未引起急性毒性反应,对豚鼠完整皮肤和破损皮肤无刺激性,对豚鼠完整皮肤无致敏作用。结论香卿止痛喷雾剂经皮肤给药安全、无毒。Objective To investigate the safety of Xiangqingzhitong spray through the skin.Methods Acute toxicity,irritation and hypersensitivity of Xiangqingzhitong spray on the animal skin were observed through skin acute toxicity test in healthy rats,skin irritation and skin hypersensitiviy test in healthy guinea pigs.Results Xiangqingzhitong spray caused no acute toxicity and irritation on either the integrated or worn skin of animals.There was no hypersensitivity on the integrated skin of guinea pigs.Conclusion Xiangqingzhitong spray is safe and nontoxic to the skin.
