摘　　要：目的建立测定远志合剂中细叶远志皂苷含量的方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Kromasil C18（150mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液（33∶67）为流动相,检测波长为210 nm,流速1 ml·min-1,进样量为10μl。结果细叶远志皂苷检测浓度的线性范围为5.0~90.0μg·ml-1（r=0.9999）;平均加样回收率为98.58%,RSD为1.6%（n=9）。结论本方法简便、准确、重复性良好,适用于远志合剂的质量控制。Objective To establish a method for content determination of tenuifolin in Yuanzhi mixtura.Methods HPLC method was adopted.The column was Kromasil C18（150 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm）.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% orthophosphoric acid（33∶ 67） at a flow rate of 1 ml·min-1.The UV detection wavelength was at 210 nm.The injection volume was 10 μl.Results The standard curve of tenuifolin was linear over the range of 5.0-90.0 μg·ml-1（r = 0.9999） with an average recovery of 98.58%（RSD = 1.6%,n = 9）.Conclusion The method is accurate,reliable and reproducible,so it can be used for quality standard control of yuanzhi mixtura.
