摘  要:目的建立HPLC法同时测定复方甲氧沙林乳膏中甲氧沙林和醋酸氯已定的含量。方法色谱柱Thermo,ODS-2HYPERSIL(250 mm×4.6 mm);流动相:甲醇-水(70∶30);流速:1.0 ml·min-1;检测器:DAD检测器;检测波长:249 nm和259 nm;柱温:30℃。结果醋酸氯已定和甲氧沙林线性范围分别为0.1032~2.064μg(r=0.9998)和0.0993~1.986μg(r=0.9999)。平均加样回收率分别为97.7%(RSD=1.2%)和94.4%(RSD=1.6%)。结论本法操作简便、准确、重复性好,回收率高,可用于复方甲氧沙林乳膏的质量控制。Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of methoxsalen and chlorhexidine acetate in compound methoxsalen cream.Methods The separation was performed on a Thermo,ODS-2HYPERSIL(250 mm × 4.6 mm) column with a moble phase of methanol-water(70∶ 30) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml·min-1.The DAD detection wavelength was 249 nm and 259 nm respectively.The column temperature was 30 ℃.Results The calibration curves of chlorhexidine acetate and methoxsalen were linear in the range of 0.1032-2.064 μg(r = 0.9998)and 0.0993-1.986 μg(r = 0.9999) respectively.The average recovery of chlorhexidine acetate and methoxsalen was 97.7%(RSD = 1.2%.) and 94.4%(RSD = 1.6%) respectively.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate and repeatable,which can be used for quality control of compound methoxsalen cream.
