摘　　要：目的建立一种鉴别复方鱼肝油滴鼻液中薄荷脑成分的方法。方法采用乙醇提取供试品溶液中的薄荷脑,以甲苯-乙酸乙酯(19∶1)为展开剂,香草醛硫酸试液-乙醇(1∶4)的混合溶液为显色剂,TLC法鉴别薄荷脑。结果 3批次样品均可鉴别出薄荷脑。结论该方法操作简单方便,结果快速准确。Objective To establish an assay for identification of menthol in Compound Cod Liver Oil Nasal Drops.Methods Toluene-ethyl acetate（19∶ 1） were used as the agent,and vanillin sulfuric acid test solution-ethanol（1∶ 4） as the chromogenic reagent.The menthol in the test solution extracted was identified by TLC.Results Menthol was identified in three batches of samples.Conclusion This method is simple and easy.It can also yield accurate and quick results.
