摘 要:文章通过对某大学2014届本科毕业生抽样调查发现:大学生人均求职费用为3013.74元,其中直接成本人均1562.26元,大学生直接求职成本基本正常,总求职成本也尚属理性;求职成本的性别差异不大,但城市户籍同学求职成本较高;就业地域、预期薪金、求职规划、专业等对求职成本有影响;求职成本与起薪不存在简单的线性关系;可以通过学校、政府、企业、个人的共同努力来降低大学生的求职成本。According to the sampling survey of graduates in the year 2014 of a certain university, it is found that the average job application cost for graduates is 3013.74 Yuan, including direct average cost 1562.26 Yuan. Both the direct and the general average cost in job application are reasonable and within the scope of rationality. The cost gap in job application between different genders is narrow, while the job application cost for students with urban household residence registration is comparatively high. The job application cost is also under the influence of employment region, salary expectancy, career planning and specialty. There are no linear relations between job application cost and the initial salary. It is only the joint efforts made by universities, the government, enterprises and individuals that can reduce the job application cost for university graduates.
