转述和转化——关于当代青少年树立和践行社会主义核心价值观的思考

摘　　要：转化主要指按照某种思想、理论的要求,对现有主客观条件进行新的整合和加工,以促成事物发生质的变化,直至产生新的事物。推进青少年树立和践行社会主义核心价值观,更要注重对社会主义核心价值观内涵、党政相关部署和要求的转化。这种转化主要包括把核心价值观的要求转化为青少年听得懂、易接受的语言;准确把握青少年的特点,为因材施教、分层推进奠定基础;整合现有资源,为转化提供厚实的基础;构建具体有效的转化载体。转化的载体主要包括活动、项目、机制等。实现转化是一项艰难的事业,需要不断优化社会环境,拉近理论和现实之间的距离,为转化创设良好的条件;需要人们不断强化转化的意识,甘于"虚"功"实"做;也需要通过发挥专家队伍的力量,同时集中和吸纳民间的智慧,以不断提升转化能力。Conversion implies mainly the new integration and processing of current subjective and objective conditions to meet the requirements of certain thoughts and theories in order to stimulate things to have qualitative changes till into new things. Promoting the adolescents to establish and practice the socialist key values, we should attach more attention to converting the implication of socialist key values and the arrangements and requirements made by the party and government departments. The conversions include mainly turning the requirements of key values into terms easily understood and accepted by adolescents, grasping the characteristics of adolescents, laying the foundation of teaching them in accordance of their aptitude and promoting step by step, integrating available resources to provide solid base and build specific and effective carriers for conversion. The carriers of conversion refer imply mainly the activities, subjects and mechanisms and so on. The enforcement of conversion is a hard campaign, which needs to optimize the social environment continuously, shorten the distance between the theory and reality and create favorable conditions for conversion. We are also required to keep the ideas of conversion, turn speech into action, develop the ability of experts and draw on the wisdom of the masses, so as to promote the ability of conversion.
