十二烷基乙氧基磺基甜菜碱对碱性锌锰电池性能影响

摘　　要：研究了在碱性锌锰电池负极中添加新型表面活性剂十二烷基乙氧基磺基甜菜碱(DESB)对电池性能的影响,结果表明表面活性剂十二烷基乙氧基磺基甜菜碱能有效降低电池贮存后的内阻,减少电池高温贮存后的析气量,提高电池的贮存性能和安全性能,加入量为相当锌粉重量的0.1%时电池贮存性能最佳。The influence of adding dodecyl ethoxy sulfobetaine in cathode of alkaline battery on discharge performance has been studied. The results show that the adjunction of surfactant dodecyl ethoxy sulfobetaine in batteries can effectively lower battery internal resistance, reduce the volume of hydrogen revolution, improve the storage performance and safety performance , and the best storage performance will be achieved when the content of dodecyl ethoxy sulfobetaine arrive at 0.1%.
