摘 要:电池组中各单体电池受材料、生产工艺、环境温度等因素影响,使用期间会发生电压不均衡的问题,并且会逐渐加重,极易引起部分电池过充电或过放电而损坏,从而导致电池组无法正常工作。介绍了转移式电池均衡技术,它从电池外部彻底解决了电池组内单体电池电压不均衡,严重影响电池组使用寿命的难题,采用主动均衡技术,始终使相邻电池电压差处于最小状态,且技术研究方案得到实践验证。The cells in the battery are affected by materials, production process, and the environmental temperature, during the using period, and their voltage unbalance may occur. The problem gradually increasing that will make the battery overcharge and the overdischarge damage leading to the battery pack can't work normally. The technology of transfering battery equalization introduced. It can completely solve the problem from the external battery that the voltage imbalance in the battery seriously affecting the battery service life. The technology using the ac tive balancing technology makes the voltage difference between the adjacent batteries minimum. The technology research project has been proved by practice.
