双80椭圆焦点基准在移动互联产品检测中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了双80置信度法及椭圆焦点参考基准技术用于移动互联产品测试结果准确性和测试系统准确性的核查,以智能手机为例对电磁干扰测试准确性的关键技术、核查方法和测量布置进行了研究,新的测试和统计方法也适用于其他电气产品的测试。该方法比Z值稳健统计法和En值法更适合电磁兼容领域,并在实际生产中取得了良好效果。The double 80 confidence and reference technique at ellipse focuses were introduced in the area on checking the accuracy of test results for mobile internet phone and the instruments system. The critical technique of accuracy for electromagnetic interference testing, the checking method and the assignment of testing were discussed by the example of intelligent mobile phone. The new method of measurement and statistics was also suitable for other electric products. This method for EMC test was more suitable than Z-scores robust statistics method and En-scores method, which got nice effects in manufacture.
