摘　　要：收集和整理国外近年来公布的机电产品低碳相关的边境贸易措施,分析这些措施的趋势以及对我国企业的影响,在企业与政府层面就如何应对国外能效产品边境贸易措施进行探讨并提出相关建议,以期对国内机电产品应对该新型贸易壁垒有所借鉴。In this paper, frontier trade measures related to low-carbon machinery and electronic products were collected and sorted based on the resources published by foreign countries in recent years. The probable trend of those frontier trade measures was analyzed as well as the affects that might cause to Chinese enterprises. Finally, after probing into these frontier trade measures, suggestions were put forward on the viewpoint of enterprises and supervision authorities for handling such measures of energy effi ciency products, in order to offer worthwhile means for domestic machinery and electronic products to deal with such new trade barrier.
