腰俞穴麻醉结合长强穴埋线在肛肠科手术中的临床应用与研究

摘　　要：目的探讨腰俞穴麻醉结合长强穴埋线相结合的麻醉方式对肛肠科手术麻醉和持续镇痛的效果。方法选择2008年12月至2013年6月收治的3000例肛肠手术患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各1500例,观察组术前采用腰俞穴麻醉结合长强穴埋线方式进行麻醉,对照组采用传统的腰俞穴麻醉方式进行麻醉,比较两组的麻醉镇痛效果、主要不良反应和术后并发症。结果观察组的麻醉镇痛效果和主要不良反应明显优于对照组,术后疼痛程度和毒副作用小、主要并发症明显低于对照组。结论采用腰俞穴麻醉结合长强穴埋线麻醉方式可有效提高患者的镇痛效果,延长术后镇痛时间,减少不良反应及并发症发生,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the anesthesia and analgesia effect of anesthesia of Yaoshu acupoints anesthesia combined with Long strong point catgut embedding in anorectal operation.Methods Three thousand cases of anorectal operation patients from 2008 December to 2013 June were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 1500 cases in each group.The patients of the observation group adopted Yaoshu acupoints anesthesia combined with Long strong point catgut embedding method of anesthesia,and the control group used the traditional way of Yaoshu acupoints anesthesia to anesthesia.The analgesia effects,the main adverse reaction and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.The two groups in age,gender,disease distribution were no statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Results The observation group of the narcotic analgesic effect and major adverse reaction were better than the control group.The postoperative pain,side effects and the main complications were lower than that of control group.Conclusion Using Yaoshu acupoints anesthesia combined with Long strong point catgut embedding anesthesia can effectively enhance the analgesic effect of patients,prolong the time of postoperative analgesia,reduce the adverse reaction and complication.Therefore,it is worthy for the clinical promotion.
