温州国家级高水平体育后备人才基地人才建设现状研究——以温州体育运动学校为例

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、访谈法、数理统计法,对温州市国家级高水平体育后备人才基地的典型代表——温州体育运动学校的人才建设现状进行调查研究。结果表明:"基地"大部分教练员的学历符合要求,职称结构不够理想,整体科研水平不高;"基地"文化课教师的学历状况大部分符合要求,职称结构较为合理;"基地"在运动员人才培养质量与人才效益建设方面成绩较为突出,其人才主要集中于射击、体操与游泳等优势项目上;"基地"缺乏科研医务人员,很难把科技转化为训练效果。Using the methods ofliterature, interview and statistics, thispaper analyzed the present situation oftalented construction of national high level sports talented reserve Base in Wenzhou. The result shows that the degree of most of coaches＇ met the requirement, but structure of professional title and the ability of research of them were not powerfully. The teachers＇ degree and professional title were reasonable. The achievement of training quality and effectiveness of sports talents was remarkable. And the sports talents were focusing on events of shooting, gynmastics and swimming. The base was short of scientific research personnel and medical staff, and it lead to transferring scientific and technological achievements to training result difficultly.
