摘 要:以534名在校大学新生为研究对象,结合行为变化的跨理论模式,用体育锻炼行为阶段调查表和身体自尊量表(PSPP),考察大学新生身体自尊水平的差异情况。结果显示:大学新生不同锻炼行为阶段的身体自尊各维度得分有显著性差异(F值分别为7.26,17.48,8.02,9.00和10.88,P值均为0.000)。从均值的变化趋势来看,随着锻炼行为阶段向前发展,各维度的得分都越来越高,到维持阶段达到最高分。多重比较中可以看出,身体自尊水平自我评价的差异主要表现在维持阶段与准备阶段、意向及前意向阶段。研究表明长期有规律的锻炼行为对自尊水平有很好的促进作用,从而让锻炼者获得良好的心理效益,使其心理健康状况得到改善。Combined with transtheoretical model of behavior change, 534 freshmen at the college have been studied with physical exercise questionnaire on the behavior of phase and physical self-esteem Scale (PSPP), in order to examine differences of college freshmen in self-esteem situation. The results showed that the various dimensions scores of physical self-esteem that freshmen have indicated at different stages of exercise behavior were significantly different (F values were 7.26, 17.48, 8.02, 9.00 and 10.88, P = 0.000). From the perspective of the changed trend of the averages, each dimension scored higher with exercise behavior stage moving forward, to the highest points at maintenance phase. It can be seen from multiple comparisons that differences of self-evaluated self-esteem appeared mainly between the maintenance phase and other phases. Studies have also shown that long-term regular exercise appear to has a good role in promoting the level of self-esteem, allowing exercisers to get a psychological benefits and imnrove their mental health_
