摘  要:随着国民经济的高速增长和社会文化进程的不断推进,人们对体育文化市场需求不断增强,体育表演人才市场需求量不断增加。建立以"体育为本,体艺结合,强化能力,彰显个性,讲求科学,弘扬艺术"为人才培养指导思想,树立"以学生发展为本"的教育理念,构建以市场需求为导向的创新体育表演人才培养模式,对促进体育表演业及体育表演市场人才培养的可持续发展具有极为重要的意义。With the rapid growth of national economy and the continuously development of social culture, the market demand of sport ing culture and sports talents has been increasing. As a result, it is crucial to establish an education guiding ideology that is scientific, sports-oriented, individually expressed, sports and art integrated, and also focus on students' developments. Additionally, it is importa nt to build an innovative sports performing training model that is based on market demand, as it plays a significant role in promoting sports performance industry and the sustainable development of sports performing talents training.
