观察活血通络方配伍阿卡波糖片治疗高血压合并高血糖的疗效

摘　　要：目的：探讨活血通络方配伍阿卡波糖片在高血压合并糖尿病临床治疗中的应用价值。方法选取2010年1月～2012年1月来我院接受高血压合并糖尿病治疗的患者168例，随机平分为观察组和对照组，其中对照组患者仅使用阿卡波糖片进行治疗，观察组患者在对照组患者治疗的基础上使用活血通络方进行综合治疗，观察两组患者的疗效和不良反应发生作为观察值标。结果观察组患者的疗效明显优于对照组患者（P＜0.05）；观察组不良反应的发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论活血通络方配伍阿卡波糖片可有效的改善高血压合并高血糖患者的血压值和血糖值，对于改善患者的生活质量具有重要意义，具有推广应用价值。ObjectiveTo investigate the Huoxue Tongluo prescription Acarbose Tablet and clinical value oftreatment of diabetes in patients with hypertension.MethodsTo select 168 cases of patients in 2010 January to 2012 January in our hospital to accept the treatment of hypertension and diabetes,were randomly divided intothe observation group and the control group,the patients in the control group only used Acarbose Tablettreatment,the observation group patients in the control group patients on the basis of the use of Huoxue Tongluo Decoction treatment,and adverse effects were observed curative effect of two groups of patients asobservation object. ResultsThe clinical observation group was significantly better than that of the patients in the control group patients（P〈0.05）;the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. ConclusionThe effective conclusion Huoxue Tongluo prescription Acarbose Tablet hypertension and hyperglycemia in patients with blood pressure and blood sugar value,has an important significance forimproving the quality of life of patients,and has popularization and application value.
