养阴清肺糖浆质量标准的研究

摘　　要：目的提高养阴清肺糖浆的质量标准。方法采用TLC法和HPLC法分别对养阴清肺糖浆的7味药材进行薄层鉴别、质量分数测定研究。结果建立了玄参、白芍、牡丹皮、甘草4味药材的薄层鉴别方法,薄层斑点清晰、专属性和重复性强;建立了同时测定哈巴俄苷、丹皮酚质量分数的HPLC方法,哈巴俄苷和丹皮酚分别在0.043 36~0.433 6μg、0.201 12~2.011 2μg内呈良好的线性关系,回收率分别为98.7%和98.8%。结论提高后的质量标准更简便、快捷、准确,能很好地用于养阴清肺糖浆的质量控制。Objective To improve the quality standard for Yangyin Qingfei syrup. Methods TLC identification of the seven materials in Yangyin Qingfei syrup and determinations of harpagoside and paeonol by HPLC method were performed. Results The TLC identification methods for Scrophulariae radix, Paeoniae radix alba, Moutan cortex, Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizome were established, and TLC spots were clear, specific and repeatable. Harpagoside and paeonol had a good linearity in the range of 0. 043 36- 0. 433 6 μg and 0. 201 12- 2. 011 2 μg with the average recovery of 98.7% and 98.8%, respectively. Conclusion The improved quality standard is simple, rapid and accurate compared to the original standard, which could be better for quality control of Yangyin Qingfei syrup.
