摘　　要：目的研究壮腰健肾丸对小鼠生殖系统的影响。方法探讨壮腰健肾丸对去势雌雄小鼠的附性器官、雄性小鼠的交配能力和精子数量水平、雌雄小鼠体内性激素水平、未成年雌雄小鼠性器官发育的影响。结果壮腰健肾丸可显著增加去势雄性小鼠前列腺、精囊腺和包皮腺脏器的系数;显著缩短雄性小鼠的捕捉潜伏期,增加捕捉次数;显著增加雄性小鼠体内促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)和雌性小鼠体内雌激素(E)的含量;显著增加未成年雄性小鼠的睾丸系数和雌性小鼠的子宫系数。结论壮腰健肾丸具有增强小鼠生殖系统功能的作用。Objective To investigate the effect of Zhuangyaojianshenwan （ZYJSW） on the reproductive system in mice. Methods The accessory sex organ of castrated mice, mating capability and amount of sperms of male mice, sex hormone level of mice, and sex organ development of underdeveloped mice were measured. Results ZYJSW significantly increased the accessory sex organ indexes on castrated mice including prostate glands, seminal vesicle and preputial glands, shortened catching latency and increased the numbers of catching, increased gonadotropin-releasing hormone （GnRH） and estrogen （E） level, as well as increased underdeveloped male mice testis index and underdeveloped female mice uteruses index. Conclusion ZYJSW improves the function of the reproductive system in mice.
