摘 要:以硫酸铜和氨水为原料,制备硫酸四氨合铜水溶液。采用反向沉淀法,将硫酸四氨合铜水溶液加入到乙醇中得到硫酸四氨合铜粉体。主要研究了十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、司班-80和十二烷基氯化钠等作为表面活性剂,单独使用和复配使用对硫酸四氨合铜沉降速率和过滤速率的影响。实验结果表明:在反应温度为25℃,搅拌时间为0.5 h,搅拌速度为600 r/min,在反应溶液中添加表面活性剂后,硫酸四氨合铜沉降速率和过滤速率显著提高;适宜的表面活性剂为阳离子表面活性剂、复配表面活性剂。实验为改善硫酸四氨合铜的过滤和沉降性能提供了理论基础。Tetraamminecopper(II) sulfate solution was prepared by using Copper(II) sulfate pentahydrate and ammonium hydroxide. And then the tetraamminecopper(II) sulfate powder were prepared from tetraamminecopper (II) sulfate solution and ethanol by reversed precipitation method. The influences of single or compound surfactants, such as dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride , span-80 and Sodium dodecyl sulfate on the sedimentation rate and filtration rate of tetraamminecopper (II) Sulfate were mainly studied. Experimental results indicate, under the conditions of reaction temperature of 25℃, the stirring time of 0. 5 h, the stirring rate of 600 r/min, and in the presence of surfactant, sedimentation rate and filtration rate of tetraamminecopper (II) sulfate increased obviously. Appropriate surfactants are Cationic surface active agent and compound surfactants. This study provides a theoretical foundation for improving the sedimentation and filtration performance of tetraamminecopper(II) Sulfate.
