摘  要:在分析了窄带直接印字电报(narrow band direct printing telegraph,NBDP)的组成和功能的基础上,阐述了开发NBDP通信设备所使用的关键技术、系统结构、模块设计等。采用Visual Studio 2010开发平台,构建了NBDP仿真系统整体系统框架,完成了对现在船上主流的NBDP终端显示器、电传编辑和通信业务、特殊效果等的仿真,开发了NBDP仿真系统。系统的实操评估采用分步评估法和层次分析法相结合的方法,根据实操评估要素的权重、要求是否完成、操纵完成的时间及操作步骤三点来设计评估算法,从而计算出船员的评估成绩,实现了系统的自动评估功能。在GMDSS教学与培训中,用户可以通过客户终端实现对设备操作的训练和评估。The technology of development of the NBDP (Narrow Band Direct Printing Telegraph System) simulator development, the system architecture, as well as the design of each module mainly were expound. On the analyze of the composition and functions of Narrow Band Direct Printing Telegraph System ( NBDP), use the Visual Studio 2010, the NBDP system framework have been Constructed. The operation interface, telex edition and communication service, special effects for the NBDP were simulated. The steps assessment method and analytics hierar- chy process (AHP) method were used in the practical operation of the evaluation system. The weight of each evaluation element was determined based on the characteristics of each question. Based on assessing elements, evalua- tion algorithm was designed from whether the task was completed, manipulation time, manipulation steps. Then the assessment results were got. The automatic evaluation was realized. In the GMDSS teaching and training, the user can realized the training and evaluation for equipment operation through the terminal emulator.
