新型城镇化背景下农民市民化发展趋势与展望

摘　　要：在借鉴发达国家城镇化发展经验的基础上,对江苏省城镇化当前的阶段化特征进行了深入分析,并通过比较指出其所面临的问题。结论认为,市民化是实现新型城镇化的核心内容,而户籍管理制度改革则是未来城镇化发展的重要举措。因此,应加快户籍制度改革、努力实现城乡一体社会服务功能产业化,并建立多元可持续的资金保障机制,以助推中国城镇化稳步发展。On the development experiences of developed countries＇ urbanization, we analyzed the characteristics of urbanization at the specific stage in Jiangsu province and obtained facing problems by comparing with developed countries. The conclusions were that the citizenization of rural migrant worker was a core task of the new urbanization, meanwhile, the reformation of household registration policy should be took as a significant issue. Hence, speeding up the reform of household registration system, pushing forward the industrialization of integrated social service system in urban and rural areas, and building up a diverse and sustainable capital guarantee system were recommended to promote the urbanization process in China.
