摘  要:目的:建立了RP-HPLC法同时测定苎麻不同部位中3个同分异构体白桦脂酸、齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量。方法:色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以乙腈∶水∶乙酸(80∶20∶0.2)为流动相,流速1.0m L/min;检测波长210 nm;进样量20μL;柱温25℃。结果:白桦脂酸、齐墩果酸和熊果酸在20min内均达到基线分离,各成分在其线性范围内线性关系良好,线性范围分别为3.83-229.80μg/m L(r1=0.9999)、0.92-55.20μg/m L(r2=0.9998)和2.35-141.00μg/m L(r3=0.9999),平均回收率(n=6)分别为100.4%(RSD=1.9%)、98.0%(RSD=2.2%)和96.2%(RSD=1.6%)。结论:方法准确,操作简便,可将苎麻中3个三萜酸异构体一次性分离定量。Objective: To establish a convenient method for simultaneous determination of betulinic acid, oleanol- ic acid and ursolic acid in different parts ofBoehmeria nivea. Methods: The separation was achieved on a Kroma- sil Cls column (4. 6mm x250mm, 5p^n) using acetonitrile -water -acetic acid solution (80: 20: 0. 2) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0mL/min. The detection wavelength and column temperature were set at 210 nm and 25~C, respective, and the sample size was 20p&. Results: Betulinic acid, oleanolic acid and ursolic acid were simultaneously achieved within 20 min under the above conditions. A good relationship was observed in the range of 3.83 -229.80txg/mL (rl =0. 9999), 0. 92 -55.20~g/mL (r2 =0. 9998) and 2.35 - 141. 001~g/mL (r3 =0. 9999) for betulinic acid, oleanolic acid and ursolic acid, respectively, with the average recoveries of 100. 4 % ( RSD = 1.9% ), 98.0% ( RSD =2. 2% ) and 96. 2% ( RSD = 1.6% ) . The proposed method is ac- curate and simple. Conclusions: Three isomers of triterpenic acid are separated and quantitative determined simul- taneously, accurately and effectively in Boehrneria nivea.
