Hs-CRP和CRP在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征中的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察血浆超敏C-反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)和C-反应蛋白水平(CRP)与成人和儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)的关系。方法:选取确诊的成人和儿童OSAHS患者各30例,分别在手术前1天和手术后1月对所有患者行清晨空腹抽取静脉血,检测血浆hs-CRP和CRP的水平,并对hs-CRP和CRP的变化情况进行术前、术后的观察。结果:成人组患者hs-CRP和CRP检测指标术后较术前明显降低,儿童组中严重患儿hs-CRP和CRP检测指标术后较术前明显降低,中度患者手术前后变化不明显。结论:hs-CRP和CRP可作为判断阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征愈后的指标。Objective： To explore the relationship between the high sensitive C - reactive protein （Hs -CRP）, C - reactive protein （CRP） and obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome （OSAHS） . Methods： OSAHS pa- tients （ adult 30 eases and children 30 cases） were randomly selected from inpatients of our hospital. All patients were drew morning fasting venous blood sample on 1 days before and 1 mor^th after operation. The levels of hs - CRP and CRP in patients from preoperative to postoperative were observed. Results： Hs - CRP and CRP of adult group was significantly decreased after operation, the same as severe patients of child group. Moderate patients of child group did not change obviously before and after operation. Conclusions： Hs - CRP and CRP can be used to judge obstructive sleep apnea hyperpnoea syndrome after healing as an index.
