摘 要:实验选用Na OH、KOH及氨水为电容性吸附电极材料活性碳纤维ACF的改性剂,通过比较原材料与几种改性材料去除盐分和氨氮效果,研究其电容性吸附氨氮动力学过程,实验结果表明:改性ACF相比未改性活性碳纤维电容性吸附污染物质发生变化,其中氨氮改性后ACF在盐分和氨氮去除上都表现出优越性,ACF-NH3除盐平均去除率达到9.69%,高于ACF-unmodified5.29%,氨氮平均去除率达到41.80%,高于改性前的27.33%;Na OH和KOH改性ACF在氨氮去除上均低于改性前,但其平均除盐率分别为6.53%、6.64%高于改性前;准一级、二级和Elovich经典动力学模拟其氨氮吸附动力学表明准一级和二级动力学具有更高的R2但其qe值误差较大,相比Elovich则能反应出其吸附趋势;另外,通过高斯多项式模拟结果和趋势均较经典动力学符合其吸附过程,R2均大于0.9557,一定程度上可以借鉴使用。The experiment selected Na OH,KOH and ammonia as modifiers of the capacitive deionization material,activated carbon fibers( ACF),compared these modified ACF with the original and researched each salt content as well as ammonia nitrogen removal efficiency to study the capacitive deionization kinetics process. It showed that,modified ACF has some changes on capacitive deionization rather than the rural materials,and ACF modified by the ammonia has excellent change in capacitive deionization contaminants,ACF- NH3 salt content average removal efficiency reached 9. 69%,which is higher than 5. 29% of ACF- unmodified,and ammonia nitrogen removal efficiency has reached 41. 80%,much higher than the original 27. 33%; ACF modified by Na OH and KOH has lower ammonia nitrogen removal efficiency than unmodified materials,but the salt content average removal efficiencies are6. 53% and 6. 64%,which is higher than the rural ones; the first and second order kinetics and Elovich kinetics in the ammonia nitrogen capacitive deionization process showed that the kinetics have a higher R2 as well as bigger error in the balance adsorption,but Elovich kinetics reflects good adsorption tend; otherwise,compared with classical kinetics,the Gaussian function fitting result and its tend are more coincidental and R2 is bigger than 0. 9557,which could be used for reference.
