摘　　要：目的:探讨临床药师参与甲氨蝶呤致重度骨髓抑制肿瘤患者临床治疗的药学监护。方法:临床药师利用药学专业知识结合临床用药特点、检验结果及用药经验,参与医生合理选择药物并观察用药结果。结果:临床药师通过参与临床用药方案的制订,提高了临床用药的科学性、合理性,也提高了患者治疗的依从性。结论:临床药师通过提供个体化用药方案,重度骨髓抑制肿瘤患者的治愈率得到了提高。Objective： To investigate the pharmaceutical care for clinical medication of bone marrow suppression associated with fever induced by methotrexate in a child patient with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Methods： To assist medicine selection and to observe medicine effects through combining technical pharmacy knowledge, clinical medica- tion, analysis of reports and medication experience. Results： The science and rationality on clinical medication and the compliance of patients have been improved. Conclusion ： With the assistance of clinical pharmacists, bone marrow depression recovery rate of cancer patients has been significantly increased through personalized medicine treatment.
