摘　　要：走进宁波白兰花羊绒制品有限公司董事长走进宁波白兰花羊绒制品有限公司董事长的办公室,室内布置大气而不张扬,简洁而又温馨。这里的主人秦三妹,60多岁,一口纯正的上海话,柔声细语,温文尔雅的气质,令人印象深刻。经过三十多年的打拼,秦三妹掌舵的＂白兰花＂在羊绒制品生产、销售、服务领域中,已成长为中国羊绒制品行业的著名品牌企业。秦三妹也先后当选省七届、八届人大代表,荣获＂浙江省三八红旗手＂、＂中国优秀女企业家＂等荣誉称号。Qin Sanmei, the chairman of Ningbo Bailaihua Eider Down Product Co., Ltd, is a successful female entrepreneur in Ningbo. Qin was born in Shanghai in 1950. When she was 19 years old, influenced by the campaign launched by Chairman Mao Zedong, who asked the educated urban youths to go to countryside, Qin was dispatched to a village in Yuyao, Ningbo. After the reform and open door policy was implemented in late 1970 s, Qin started to work in a village factory manufacturing clothing. Later on, when the village factory was on the edge of bankruptcy, Qin took over this factory and started her own business. After more than 30 years development, Qin's enterprise has been well-known on the domestic market.
