摘 要:研究凹凸棒黏土(ATP)负载Mg-Al类水滑石(Mg-Al-HTlc)对含Ni(Ⅱ)废水的吸附.考察pH值、投料量、吸附时间和温度对其吸附性能的影响,对吸附过程进行热力学和动力学研究.利用SEM、FT-IR和XRD等测试技术表征复合材料,分析该吸附过程存在的吸附机理.结果表明:该复合材料再生效果好,吸附过程符合Langmuir单分子层吸附,符合吸附动力学的物理扩散和化学反应,在pH=6.0,温度为50℃,初始浓度为150mg·L-1时,吸附容量最高可达80.94mg·g-1.Adsorption of Ni( II ) in wastewater by attapulgite (ATP) loaded Mg-A1 hydrotalcite-like com- pound (HTlc) was studied. The effect of pH value, dosage adsorption time and temperature on adsorptive performance was examined. And the adsorption process was isothermal adsorption models and thermody- namically and dynamically studied. The composite was characterized with SEM, FT-IR and XRD. The mechanism of this adsorption process was also analyzed. The result showed that this composite had good recyclability and the adsorption process was consistent with Langmuir monomolecular adsorption and physical diffusion and chemical reaction of adsorptive dynamics. When the pH value was equal to 6. 0, temperature was 50 ℃, and initial concentration was 150 mg/L, the maximal adsorption capacity of the composite could amount to 80. 94 mg· g-1.
