复方华蟾素胶囊治疗艾滋病的实验与临床研究

摘　　要：复方华蟾素胶囊是经多年临床研制的中药复方制剂,具有清热解毒、疏肝活血、健脾利湿之功效。本文简要介绍复方华蟾素胶囊的毒理实验、体外抗人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)实验、免疫调节实验、I期临床试验和临床疗效初步观察结果,并对复方华蟾素胶囊治疗艾滋病的理论依据和发展前景进行讨论和展望。Fufang Huachansu capsule is developed for many years of clinical Chinese medicine compound preparations, with the effect of clearing away the heat-evil and expelling superficial evils, soothing liver and activating blood circulation and strengthening spleen and e- liminating dampness. This article introduces the toxicology experiment, in vitro against human immunodeficiency virus （ HIV ）, immune adjustment experiment, phase I clinical trials and the effect of preliminary observations as well as discussion and prospect of Fufang Huachansu capsule in treating AIDS.
