针灸治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病研究概况

摘　　要：笔者结合针灸临床多年经验认为,穴位贴敷疗法不适宜急性期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD),而毫针疗法则可有效控制急性期发作,如若配合拔罐疗法效果会更佳。但是针灸治疗COPD存在以下问题:1还未形成统一的针灸诊疗方案及标准,所以,针灸作为治疗本病的一种重要疗法就得不到广泛推广;2文献报道偏重于临床疗效观察,但机制研究比较少,这也局限了针灸治疗本病的研究思路;3针灸对本病气道重塑的干预尚未见报道。The writer thinks chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）is not suitable for the acute stage of chronic obstructive pul- monary, while filiform needle therapy can effective control the acute stage, combined with cupping therapy will be better. COPD exist the following problems：（1）Unified standard of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment scheme has not formed, so this important way is not widely available. The literature focus on the observation of clinical curative effect, but the mechanism is relatively small, which limits the acupuncture and moxibustion research train of thought for the treatment of the disease. （3）Acupuncture and moxibustion on the disease of airway remodeling intervention has not been reported.
