摘　　要：壮医药物竹罐疗法直接作用于龙路、火路在体表的网结,以祛毒为先,疏通龙路、火路之瘀滞,直达病所,祛邪外出,从而达到舒筋通络止痛的治疗目的。主要用于风湿病所致的关节疼痛、肿胀、晨僵、屈伸不利等症,以及肩关节周围炎、颈椎病、腰腿痛、强直性脊柱炎等病症。然而目前壮医药物竹罐疗法治疗强直性脊柱炎的技术尚不规范,笔者结合多年临床经验,在壮医理论指导下进行关键技术及应用研究,形成技术规范,本文以疾病诊断标准、适应证、禁忌证、技术操作方法、不良反应等方面为重点,详细介绍了壮医药物竹罐疗法治疗强直性脊柱炎的技术规范,有利于进一步临床推广应用。Strong drug bamboo jar therapy directly impact on the dragon, fire road network knot, on the body surface to remove poison first, dredge the stasis of dragon,fire, and the patient＇s out evil spirits, so as to achieve relaxing tendons and channels with the aim of treatment for pain relief. Mainly used for joint pain caused by rheumatism, swelling, morning stiffness, inconvenient flexion and other dis- ease, around the shoulder joint inflammation, cervical spondylosis, lumbocrural pain, ankylosiug spondylitis disease, etc. Yet strong medi- cine bamboo jar therapy in treating ankylosing spondylitis technology is not standard, the author combined with many years of clinical experience, the Zhuang medicine under the guidance of the theory of key technology and application research, form the technical specifi- cations, based on the disease diagnosis standard,indications, contraindications, operation method, adverse reactions and so on as the key point ,detailed introduces the Zhuang medicine bamboo jar therapy in treating ankylosing spondylitis technical specification,is conducive to further clinical application.
