摘  要:目的:观察制马钱子对大鼠佐剂性关节炎的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法:48只SD大鼠随机平均分为正常组、模型组、雷公藤多苷片对照组、制马钱子低剂量组、制马钱子中剂量组、制马钱子高剂量组,分别于第1天、第4天、第8天、第15天、第21天、第29天测量大鼠双后足体积,计算肿胀度,观察大鼠一般情况,实验结束测血清NO、NOS含量。结果:制马钱子能有效抑制大鼠后足肿胀度(P<0.05)。雷公藤多苷片组、制马钱子中剂量组、制马钱子高剂量组大鼠血清NO含量均低于模型组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。雷公藤多苷片组、制马钱子中剂量组、制马钱子高剂量组大鼠血清NO含量均低于马钱子低剂量组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。雷公藤多苷片组、制马钱子各剂量组大鼠血清NOS含量均低于模型组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:制马钱子可抑制类风湿关节炎炎症发展,可能与调节NO、NOS有关。Object:To observe the influnce of processing semen strychni on anti-inflammatory effect of adjuvant arthritis rats and explore the mechanism. Methods :48 SD rats were randomly dividided into normal group, model group ,tripterygium glycosides group ,low dosage of processing semen strychni group, media dosage of processing semen strychni group and high dosage of processing semen stryehni group. 15 days,21 days,29 days later, Measuring the rats' emetapodium volume swelling degree and observe generally condition of rats. After the experiment, the cytokines level of NO and NOS from the rats'serum was detected. Results:Processing semen strychni can effec- tively inhibit the rat foot swelling degrees ( P 〈 0.05 ). In tripterygium wilfordii glycosides group, media dosage of processing semen strychni group and high dosage of processing semen strychni group were lower than that of model group of rats serum NO content, statis- tically significant difference( P 〈 O. 05 ). media dosage of processing semen strychni group and high dosage of processing semen stryehni group were lower than that of low dosage of processing semen strychni group of rats serum NO content, statistically significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ). Serum NOS content in tripterygium wilfordii glycosides group, media dosage of processing semen strychni group and high dosage of processing semen strychni group were lower than that of model group ( P 〈 0.05 ).. Conclusions : This subject proves that pro- cessing semen strychni can reduce the level of NO ,NOS in the rats'serum. The mechanism is probably that it regulate the immune disor- der of RA.
