摘  要:目的:优选桃仁膝康颗粒的水提取及纯化工艺。方法:以芍药苷和干浸膏收率为指标,采用正交试验法,考察提取次数、提取时间和加水量对提取工艺的影响;采用水提醇沉法对提取液进行纯化,以芍药苷和干浸膏收率为指标,对乙醇体积分数进行考察。结果:最佳提取工艺为加8倍量水,提取2次,每次1.5 h;乙醇体积分数为70%。结论:优选的工艺合理可行,可为工业生产提供参考。Objective:To optimize the water extraction and purification processes of Taoren Xikang granules. Method:The paeoniflorin and dry extract rate are indexes, using orthogonal test,inspecting the purification processes affection by the additive quantity of water of extract time and number of times, purification of the extracting solution by water extract-alcohol precipitation, the paeoniflorin and dry extract rate are indexes, inspecting the ethanol concentration. Results : Optimum extraction process was as follows : extracted 2 times with 8 times the amount of water, 1.5 hours each time;the consistency of ethanol is 70%. Conclusion:The optimized process is reasonable and feasible, and it can provide reference for the industrialized production.
