化瘀止血方治疗精囊炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察化瘀止血方治疗精囊炎的临床疗效。方法:60例精囊炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组口服化瘀止血方;对照组口服敏感抗生素或左氧氟沙星及安络血。观察两组1个月后症状的改善情况。结果:治疗组有效率为90.00%,对照组有效率为73.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:化瘀止血方治疗精囊炎效果显著。Objective：To observe the clinical effects of Huayu Zhixue prescription in the treatment of vesiculitis. Methods：30 cases of h-eatment group were treated with oral Huayu Zhixue prescription and observe the symptoms improved after 1 month. 30 cases of control group were treated with oral sensitive antibiotics or Levofloxacin and Adrenobazone tablet and observe the symptoms improved after 1 month. Results：The effective rate was 90.00% in treatment group and 73.33 % in control group. The difference was statistically signifi- cant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conelusion：Huayu Zhixue prescription in the treatment of vesiculitis has good curative effect.
