推拿配合电针治疗退行性膝关节炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察推拿配合电针治疗退行性膝关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例退行性膝关节炎的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组30例采用推拿配合电针治疗,对照组30例采用常规手法治疗,治疗2个疗程后进行疗效评定。结果:治疗组有效率为96.67%,对照组有效率为80.00%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:推拿配合电针治疗退行性膝关节炎疗效显著。Objective ： To observe the clinical research on the treatment of Degenerative knee arthritis by message combined with electric acupuncture. Methods ：60 cases randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given massage com- bined with electric acupuncture. The control group was given conventional treatment, assesseing the effect after two courses of treatment. Results：The treatment group effective rate was 96.67% , while the control group was 80.00%. Analyzing the curative effect of the two groups has significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Massage combined with electric acupuncture has a positive significance in treating degenerative knee arthritis.
