胆胃舒颗粒联合推按运经仪治疗胆囊息肉临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察胆胃舒颗粒联合推按运经仪治疗胆囊息肉的临床疗效。方法:将100例胆囊息肉患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各50例。治疗组口服胆胃舒颗粒及推按运经仪治疗,对照则单纯口服胆胃舒颗粒治疗,治疗3个月后比较两组患者胆囊息肉大小、息肉数量、胆囊收缩功能、胆囊壁厚度等指标的变化及其临床疗效。结果:治疗组的胆囊收缩功能、胆囊壁厚、胆囊息肉大小及数量等指标均优于对照组,治疗组有效率为95.8%,对照组为81.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胆胃舒颗粒联合推按运经仪治疗胆囊息肉疗效比单纯使用胆胃舒颗粒效果显著。Objective：To observe the Clinical effects of Danweishu granules combined with Pushing and transport channels machine in Treating gallbladder polyp. Methods ： 100cases divided into treatment group （50 cases ）and control group （50 cases）. The treatment group is given Danweishu granules combined with Pushing and transport channels machine,while the control group is given Danweishu gran- ules. 3 months later, compared the gallbladder polyp size, number of polyps, the gallbladder contraction function, indexes of the gallblad- der wall thickness change of the groups and clinical efficacy. Resuhs ： The gallbladder polyp size, number of polyps, the gallbladder con- traction function,indexes of the gallbladder wall thickness in the treatment group are superior to the control group. The effective rate in treatment group was 95.8%, the control group was 95.8% , the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The curative effect of Danweishu granules combined with Pushing and transport channels machine in Treating gallbladder polyp than only Danweishu granules. The effect is remarkable.
