摘 要:目的:探讨感觉神经定量检测在糖尿病周围神经病诊断中的应用价值。方法对我院内分泌科2013-05—2014-10住院的108例糖尿病患者,男70例,女38例;年龄18~83岁,平均54.96岁,进行感觉神经定量检测。结果感觉神经定量检测正常患者8例(7.4%),感觉神经定量检测异常,诊断为周围神经病患者100例(92.6%),在异常患者中,有无髓鞘神经纤维(C纤维)损伤81例(75%),早期神经损伤41例(40.0%)。结论感觉神经定量检测可以准确、客观地检测糖尿病周围神经病,并可检测早期神经损伤,且作为一种无创的检测,患者依从性强,很适用于临床。Objective To investigate the application research on quantitative detection of sensory nerves in diagnosis of dia-betic peripheral neuropathy (DNP).Methods 108 cases with diabetes in endocrinology of our hospital from May 2013 to Octo-ber 2014 were selected and analyzed by quantitative detection of sensory nerves.Results The quantitative detection showed that 8 patients (7.4% ) were with normal sensory nerve ,100 patients (92.6% ) were diagnosed with diabetic peripheral neuropathy based on abnormal sensory nerves ,among which the injury of non-myelinated nerve fibers (C fibers) accounted for 81 cases (75% ) ,earlier nerve damage (hyperesthesia) occupied 41 cases (40.0% ).Conclusion Quantitative detection of sensory nerves can accurately and objectively detect diabetic peripheral neuropathy ;It is useful for early diagnosis as a non-invasive detection.
