摘　　要：目的:探讨于心内科长期住院的老年患者出现失眠症后联合应用右佐匹克隆片及酸枣仁汤加减治疗的应用价值。方法:按照随机数字表法将80例心内科长期住院后出现失眠症的老年患者分为2组,每组40例,以单纯接受右佐匹克隆片治疗者为西医组,以联合接受右佐匹克隆片及酸枣仁汤治疗者为结合组,对比两组疗效。结果:两组治疗前睡眠状态问卷量表评分(SQ评分)、睡眠量表评分(SPIEGE评分)及睡眠质量评分(PSQI评分)无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,结合组以上睡眠量表评分改善最为显著(P<0.05)。同时失眠治疗效果比较,同样以联合组疗效最为显著(P<0.05)。两组间治疗前各疾病病情比较未见统计学意义(P>0.05),经治疗后但仍以联合组改善明显(P>0.05)。结论:右佐匹克隆片及酸枣仁汤联合应用不仅可有效的改善患者的失眠病情,同时对患者心血管疾病病情也有着显著的改善作用。Objective： To investigate the long-term hospitalized elderly patientsin the department of cardiology has application value of combined application of eszopielone tablets Suanzaoren Decoction in the treatment of insomnia andafter. Methods ： according to the elderly patients randomly 80 caseshospitalized after department of cardiology long-term insomnia were divided into 2 groups,40 cases in each group, to simply accept eszopiclone tablets treatment in western medicine group, combined with an eszopielone tablets and Suanzaoren Decoction treatment in combination group, the two groupscurative effect. Results ： the two groups before treatment, sleep questionnaire score （ SQ score ）, sleep scale score （ SPIEGE score ） and sleep quality score （ PSQI score ） showed no significant difference （ P〉0.05 ）, after treatment, combined with more sleep scale score improvement is the most significant （P〈0.05）. At the same time effect in the treatment of insomnia, also in thecombined group effect of the most significant （ P〈0.05 ）. Between the two groups before treatment, the disease has no statistical significance （P〉0.05）, after treatment, but still in the combination group improved significantly （ P〉0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Eszopiclone tablets and Suanzaoren Decoction combined application can effectively improve the patients with insomniadisease, at the same time on the condition of patients with cardiovascular disease also have a significant role in the improvement of.
