摘　　要：目的：建立益精血合剂中毛蕊花糖苷的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为C18色谱柱,以乙腈-甲醇-1%醋酸水溶液（10∶15∶77）为流动相;流速为1 m L/min;检测波长为334 nm。结果：毛蕊花糖苷进样量在0.096 8-0.968μg的范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为96.8%,RSD为1.9%。结论：该法稳定、准确、可靠,重复性好,可用于益精血合剂中毛蕊花糖苷的含量测定。Objective：To establish a HPLC method to determine the content of acteoside in Y ujinxue Mixture. Methods ： The HPLC method was employed with a column of C 18 and a mobile phase of aeetonitrle-methanol-1% HOAe （ 10 ： 15 ： 77 ）, the detection wavelength being at 334 nm, flow rate being 1.0 mL/min and the column temperature being at 25℃. Resuhs ： The linear range was 0.096 8- 0.968 μg, r=0.999 6.The average recovery of acteoside and RSD were 96.8% and 1.9%. Conclusion ： The present method is simple, rapid and reproducible.It can be used for quality control of Yijingxue Mixture.
