射干麻黄汤治疗支气管哮喘随机对照试验系统评价

摘　　要：目的：系统评价经典方射干麻黄汤治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效及不良反应。方法：收集射干麻黄汤治疗支气管哮喘的随机对照试验,按照Cochrane协作网推荐的方法评价纳入研究的方法学质量,运用Rev Man 5.2软件完成异质性检验Meta分析。结果：共纳入14项合格研究、共计1230例患者,纳入研究的方法学质量普遍较低,随机效应模型检测汇总RR为1.25,汇总RR95%CI为1.12-1.39,合并效应检验Z=4.07（P〈0.000 1）,差异有统计学意义。未见射干麻黄汤不良反应的报道。结论：据现有临床数据表明,射干麻黄汤治疗支气管哮喘有效。但是系统评价纳入的随机对照试验大部分属于低质量的文献,其疗效须进一步通过大规模的高质量临床试验研究来验证。Objective ： To evaluate system actually the curative effect and adverse reactions of Shegan Mahuang Decoction （ SMD ） in treatment of asthma. Methods ： Randomized controlled trials （ RCT ） of SMD in the treatment of asthma were retrieved. The methodological quality of trials were assessed according to the criteria recommended by the Cochrane Handbook for Systematic Reviews of Interventions. Heterogeneity test and meta-analyses were performed by the Review Manager 5.2 software. Result： Eleven qualified trials involving 1230 patients were included.The methodological quality of these trials was low. RR=1.25, RR 95% CI of 1.12 to 1.39, test for overall effect： Z=4.07 （ P〈0.0001 ） .Therefore, the Difference is statistically significant. Conclusion ： The existed clinical evidences shows, Shegan Mahuang Tang is effective to asthma. However randomized control clinical trials are subsumed by systematic reviews belong to low quality ones, so Shegan Mahuang Tang＇s therapeutic effect need to he further examined by a large scale of high quality of clinical trials.
