贺氏针灸三通法治疗单纯性肥胖症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察贺氏针灸三通法治疗脾虚湿阻型和胃热湿阻型单纯性肥胖症的临床疗效。方法:采用随机、单盲、对照的研究方法,将84例患者随机分为三通法组44例和毫针法组40例,每日1次,10次为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程。结果:2组综合比较,三通法组44例总有效率为81.8%,其中痊愈14例(31.8%),显效7例(15.9%),有效15例(34.1%),无效8例(18.2%)。三通法组(81.8%)总有效率明显高于毫针法组(65.0%)。2组临床所见病例胃热湿阻型明显少于脾虚湿阻型。2组临床疗效脾虚湿阻型明显优于胃热湿阻型。2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:贺氏针灸三通法减肥疗效明显优于毫针法;脾虚湿阻型减肥效果明显优于胃热湿阻型。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture of He＇s three pass method on simple obesity of spleen deficiency dampness type and stomach heat dampness stagnation type. Methods ： The random, single blind, controlled study method was used. 84 patients were randomly divided into two groups ,44 cases in the three pass method group and A0 cases in the acupuncture method group, 1 times a day, 10 times for 1 course, 3 courses of treatment. Hesults ： The total efficiency is 81.8%（ 44 cases ） in the three pass method group, of which 14 cases were cured （31.8%）,7 cases （ 15.9% ）Excellent, 15 cases （ 34.1% ） effective,8 cases （ 18.2% ）invalid. The three pass method group （ 81.8% ）was better than that of acupuncture group （ 65% ）. The stomach heat dampness syndrome was significantly less than the spleen dampness type in both groups. The clinical curative effect of spleen dampness type is obviously better than that of stomach heat dampness syndrome in both groups. Conclusion ： The effect of weight loss by He＇s three pass method is better than that of acupuncture needle method. The effect of weight loss for spleen deficiency dampness type is better than that of stomach heat dampness syndrome.
