神经肽Y和低氧诱导因子α与老年频发室早发生和维持关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨神经肽Y(NPY)和低氧诱导因子α(HIF-1α)与老年频发室早发生和维持的关系。方法:入选69例临床资料完整的老年患者,其中频发室性早搏患者23例,冠心病患者23例,窦性心律患者23例。比较各组患者血清中NPY和HIF-1α的表达水平。结果:NPY表达水平在频发室性早搏组(0.527±0.036 5)μg/L明显高于窦性心律组(0.455±0.067 6)μg/L(P<0.05),频发室早组与窦性心律组比较有统计学意义,与冠心病组比较无统计学意义;HIF-1α表达水平在频发室性早搏组(0.466±0.053 1)μg/L明显高于冠心病组(0.427±0.0525)μg/L及窦性心律组(0.380±0.062 9)μg/L(P<0.05),频发室早组分别与冠心病及窦性心律组比较均有统计学意义。结论:神经肽Y和低氧诱导因子α在老年频发室早的发生和维持过程中起重要作用。Objective：To study the relationship of Neuropeptide Y（NPY）and Hypoxia-inducible factor-1α（HIF-1α）with occurrence and maintain of frequent premature ventricular beat. Methods：Selected 69 cases of elderly patients with complete clinical data,including patients with frequent premature ventricular beat in 23 cases,patients with coronary heart disease in 23 cases,patients with sinus rhythm in 23 cases as control group. Groups were compared the expression level of NPY and HIF-1 alpha in serum of patients. Results：The expression level of NPY in frequent premature ventricular beat group（0.527±0.0365）μg/L was significantly higher than that in sinus rhythm group（0.455±0.0676）μg/L（P0.05）,frequent premature ventricular beat group showed statistical significance compared with the sinus rhythm group,compared with the coronary heart disease group showed no statistical significance;HIF-1 alpha expression level in frequent premature ventricular beat group was（0.466±0.0531）μg/L significantly higher than that of coronary heart disease group（0.427±0.0525）μg/L and sinus rhythm group（0.380±0.0629）μg/L（P0.05）,frequent premature ventricular beat group respectively compared with coronary heart disease and sinus rhythm group were statistically significant. Conclusion：Neuropeptide Y and hypoxia inducible factor alpha Play an important role in elderly patients with frequent premature ventricular contraction in the occurrence and maintenance of process.
