针刺三阴交对下肢骨折术后癃闭影响临床护理研究

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺三阴交穴位治疗下肢骨折术后癃闭的疗效。方法:将80例下肢骨折术后尿潴留患者随机分成治疗组(40例)和对照组(40例),两组均采用骨折术后常规护理,治疗组采用针刺三阴交穴位治疗,对照组采用肌注新斯的明治疗。观察两组临床疗效及排尿量。结果:治疗组总有效率95.0%,优于对照组总有效率77.5%(P<0.05),两组比较有统计学意义。排尿量的比较,治疗组与对照组有差异(P<0.05),治疗组排出的尿量多于对照组。结论:针刺三阴交治疗下肢骨折术后尿潴留临床疗效优于肌注新斯的明,且能明显改善排尿量。Objective：To observe the effect of acupuncture sanyinjiao acupoint for treatmenting postoperative urinary retention after operation. Methods ： The 80 cases of fracture of lower limb with urinary retention were randomly divided into treatment group （ 40 cases ） and control group （ 40 cases ）, two groups were given routine nursing after fracture operation, the treatment group were treated by Acupuncture Sanyinjiao acupoint therapy, the control group adopted the treatment of intramuscular injection of neostigmine ruing. Observe the clinical efficacy of two groups and the quantity of urine. Results ： The total effective rate （ 95% ） in the treatment group was Better than the control group （ 77.5% ）; the total efficiency of the two groups had statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ）. The urinary output was different between the control group and treatment group, the urine volume of the treatment group was more than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion ： The treatment of acupuncture Sanyinjiao had superior clinical curative effect and could significantly improve urine output.
