牵引下捺正手法治疗颈源性眩晕临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察牵引下捺正手法治疗颈源性眩晕临床疗效。方法:选取我院骨伤二科病区符合纳入标准的患者63例,采用随机分组法,将患者分为治疗组、对照组两组。治疗组接受常规针刺结合牵引下捺正手法治疗,对照组仅接受常规针刺治疗,经过3个疗程后进行疗效评定。结果:治疗组总有效率93.8%,明显高于对照组的74.2%。结论:牵引下捺正手法配合针刺治疗颈源性眩晕的治疗组疗效明显优于常规针刺对照组(P<0.05)。Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of cervical vertigo under combined use of NaZheng treatment and Acupuncture. Methods ： A total of 63 cervical vertigo cases were randomly allocated into an observation group and a control group. The case in the observation group were treated with combined acupuncture and NaZheng treatment, whereas the cases in the control group were treated with acupuncture. Results ： The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.8%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion ： The observation group treat by combined use of acupuncture and NaZheng treatment had higher therapeutic effect than that of acupuncture alone （ P〈0.05 ）.
