摘　　要：目的:总结小儿水肿的中医综合护理体会。方法:采用中医综合护理方法从多方面对46例水肿患儿实施护理,包括一般常规护理、皮肤护理、预防感染、饮食护理、情志护理、并发症的护理及健康指导等方面。结果:所有患儿经过临床治疗和中医综合护理后,患儿的临床症状发生明显改善,治疗效果显著。结论:在治疗的同时,对水肿患儿实施个体化的中医综合护理,可促进患儿更快的恢复健康,提高治疗效果。Objective ： To summarize the nursing experience of integrated traditional Chinese medicine with edema. Methods ： From the aspects of 46 cases of edema in children with nursing with integrated traditional Chinese medicine nursing method, including the general routine care, skin care, prevention of infection, diet nursing, psychological nursing, complication nursing and health guidance. Results ： All patients after clinical treatment and integrated traditional Chinese medicine nursing, clinical symptoms improved significantly, the treatment effect is remarkable. Conclusion ： In the treatment at the same time, the implementation of integrated care Chinese individual to edema in children with children, can promote faster recovery, improve the therapeutic effect.
