摘　　要：油脂是仅次于蛋白质的第二大类营养物质,是动物机体必不可少的营养素和组成成分。文章就养殖鱼类的油脂需求以及适宜油脂源的选择等方面进行了综述,针对当前易出现的脂肪肝、油脂氧化酸败等问题进行了探讨,并对未来养殖鱼类饲料油脂源的研究和应用方向进行展望。Lipid is an essential nutrient of animal diets, and is considered as the second major group of dietary components after proteins. Dietary lipid plays an important role in normal growth, reproduction and health of fish. This paper reviewed the dietary lipid requirements of cultured fish and the selection of suitable oil sources. The fatty liver disease, oil oxidation and its side effect are discussed. Finally, the research and application directions of oil sources in future fish farming were put forward.
