摘　　要：高端装备制造业的集聚发展需要人才,人才的发展也需要高端装备制造业的集聚发展来带动,两者相互影响、相互作用。本文分析了高端装备制造业集聚与区域人才承载力在区位空间、发展目标、资源要素、创新要素上的耦合关系,构建了高端装备制造业集聚发展评价指标体系和区域人才承载力评价指标体系,运用浙江省2007—2012年的数据,对两者的耦合关系进行了实证分析。实证研究结果表明:浙江高端装备制造业集聚与区域人才承载力的耦合度曲线呈现出先升后降,再升再降的演变轨迹。There is an interaction between the agglomeration of high-end equipment manufacturing industry and the development of talent. This paper makes an analysis of the coupling between the agglomeration of high-end equipment manufacturing industry and regional carrying capacity of talent in terms of regional space, development goal, resource elements and innovative elements, constructing the evaluation index system of high-end equipment manufacturing industry agglomeration and regional carrying capacity of talent. An empirical analysis of the relationship between the agglomeration of high-end equipment manufacturing industry and the development of talent is conducted with reference to the data of Zhejiang province from 2007 to 2012. The empirical study indicates that the coupling curve between the agglomeration of high-end equipment manufacturing industry and regional carrying capacity of talent in Zhejiang province presents a trajectory of upward-downward-upward-downward.
