摘 要:以自主研发的YQH-100型多级油气混输泵为研究对象,采用Mixture模型,选用标准k-ε湍流模型,速度压力耦合采用simplic算法,对混输泵3种不同轴向间隙下,分别在0,10%,30%,50%,70%共5种含气率情况下进行了数值模拟。得到了耦合面上的压力分布云图,绘制了不同间隙变化下混输泵扬程、效率随含气率变化的曲线。结果表明间隙呈递增趋势变化下的扬程、效率都高于其他两组。In order to study the self-developed YQH-100-type multistage oil-gas mixed pump,the Mixture model was utilized, the standard k -εturbulence model was selected and the Simple algorithms was used for the calculation of velocity pressure cou-pling .The numerical simulation was carried out for the three different gaps of axial gap of the Oil-Gas multiphase Pump under the condition that the GVF are 0,10%,30%,50%,70%,respectively.The pressure distribution on the coupling plane was obtainer and the variation of the head and efficiency of the oil-gas multiphase pump with the GVF in different variation of gap of movable-Static-movable-Static vane.And the results indicated that the head and efficiency with the growth gap is the highest.
