磷酸腐蚀抑制剂LS-01对N80钢的缓蚀性能研究

摘　　要：采用静态腐蚀失重法测定腐蚀抑制剂LS-01对N80钢的防腐蚀效果，并研究缓蚀机理。结果表明，在酸洗温度（90±2）℃，酸洗时间6 h，缓蚀剂添加量0．5％的条件下，在10％～36％的磷酸中，对N80钢缓蚀率可达99％以上。The performance of corrosion inhibitor LS-01 was studied on N80 carbon steel in the phosphoric acid by static weight loss method ,and the corrosion mechanism of the corrosion inhibitors was also stud-ied.Research shows that in pickling temperature of （90 ±2）℃,pickling time of 6 h,the corrosion inhib-itor 0.5%,in 10%～36%phosphoric acid,the corrosion rate is more than 99%.
