摘 要:以偶氮二异丁脒盐酸盐为引发剂,采用无皂乳液聚合法,合成了N-乙烯基甲酰胺(NVF)、苯乙烯(SM)和N,N-二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DADMAC)三元共聚物。探讨了单体质量分数、引发剂用量、单体配比和反应温度对反应的影响。结果表明,在单体配比m(NVF)∶m(SM)∶m(DADMAC)为5∶4∶1,单体质量分数40%,引发剂质量分数1.0%,反应温度75℃下反应5 h时,DADMAC转化率可达99%。红外光谱及DSC分析表明,NVF、SM和DADMAC均参与了聚合反应。The terpolymer of N-vinylformamide ( NVF) ,styrene ( SM) and N,N-diallyl dimethyl ammoni-um chloride ( DADMAC) was synthesized by soap-free latex copolymerization with 2,2'-azobis(2-methyl-propionamidine ) dihydrochloride as initiator .The effects of the total monomer mass fraction ,reaction tem-perature,dosage of initiator,monomer (NVF,SM and DADMAC) ratio on polymerization were investiga-ted.The results showed that under the appropriate reaction conditions:the mole ratio of m( NVF)∶m( SM)∶m(DADMAC)=5∶4∶1,the total monomer mass fraction was 40%,dosage of initiator was 1.0%,and reaction temperature was 75 ℃,react for 5 h,the conversion of DADMAC was 99.0%.FTIR and DSC characterization indicate that NVF ,SM and DADMAC are involved in the polymerization reaction .
