摘 要:硫酸盐垢是油田结垢控制中遇到的最难解决的问题之一。通过对某油田垢样进行X射线衍射分析,结果显示,垢样主要成分为63.70%的BaSO4、16.70%的SrSO4。针对垢样的成分特点,采用以EDTA为主剂,低分子量聚丙烯酸钠为辅剂的除垢剂。考察了聚丙烯酸钠分子量、浓度、温度、pH值和盐浓度等因素对溶垢率的影响,结果表明,低分子量聚丙烯酸钠的加入提高了EDTA的除垢速度。在EDTA浓度为30%,聚丙烯酸钠分子量为3000且浓度为1%,溶垢温度为80~100℃,pH为12时除垢效果最好。Sulfate scale is one of the most difficult problems encountered in the oil fouling control .XRD was used to analyze the sample of scale .The result shows that the sample scale consists of 63 .70% of BaSO4 ,16.70%of SrSO4 .According to the characteristics of scale sample component ,the scale remover use EDTA as its main solvent and low molecular weight sodium polyacrylate as an assistant solvent .The effects of reaction conditions ( the molecular weight of sodium polyacrylate ,density ,working temperature , pH of reaction system,and salt concentration ) on descaling performance of the product were evaluated . The result indicates that the add of low molecular weight sodium polyacrylate accelerate the scale removal of EDTA.The optimum conditions determined by orthogonal and single factor test are showed as follows :the density of EDTA 30%,the molecular weight of sodium polyacrylate 3 000 with a density of 1%,work-ing temperature is 80~100 ℃,pH is 12 .
